Most families complete their profiles in approximately six to eight weeks. Your first draft will be delivered within 10–14 business days after all materials are approved.

You provide your story through guided prompts and examples, so the profile still sounds like you. We organize the content within the design, and you review every page before it is finalized.

We can redesign an existing profile using the materials you already have. Hello Baby consulting clients may also receive a complimentary profile review to help identify the most useful updates.

Professional photos are highly recommended but aren't required. We call these your intentional images, and they matter most for your cover. Not a pro? A family member or friend can take them.

Absolutely. Adoption profiles are designed for families of all kinds.

Yes. Your final PDF will be ready for digital sharing and printing. Print-ready files are included; printed copies are not.

Yes, for $100 we'll create a Spanish version. You provide the translated text, we drop it into your finished design. Just mention it on your Discovery Call.
