As a client of Hello Baby, families receive a complimentary adoption profile review and guidance from our in-house adoption profile designer. If you already have a completed profile, we can review it together and offer thoughtful, specific feedback to help strengthen your presentation and storytelling. In some cases, small adjustments can make a meaningful difference. In others, we may recommend a more comprehensive update based on your goals.

An adoption profile is often one of the first ways an expectant mother is introduced to your family. It is shared with expectant mothers as they consider which families they may want to learn more about, connect with, or potentially choose for their child.
An adoption profile combines photos, written content, and thoughtful design to help share what everyday life with your family may look like. A strong adoption profile helps someone begin to picture your home, relationships, values, traditions, and the kind of environment you hope to provide for a child.
No. Adoption profile design is an optional service available exclusively to Hello Baby consulting families. Families who choose this service receive one-on-one guidance from our in-house adoption profile designer, along with a fully custom adoption profile designed to feel modern, cohesive, and true to your family.
The service includes design support, feedback, revisions, and final digital files, along with a print-ready file for optional printing. Printing costs are not included.
Most adoption profiles are completed within approximately 8–10 weeks from start to finish, depending on how quickly materials are gathered and edits are submitted. Once your materials are fully approved for design, first drafts are delivered within 10–14 business days.
We can still help. Some families come to Hello Baby with an existing adoption profile and are looking for feedback, revisions, or a more modern redesign. As part of signing with Hello Baby, families receive a complimentary adoption profile review from our in-house adoption profile designer. We’ll help assess what’s working well and recommend the best next steps for your family.
