1. Hello Baby gets you an additional stream of cases to present to. In our situation, we’d received 2-3 cases from our Texas adoption agency to look at within the first few weeks after being accepted onto their list of prospective parents. During that time, our consultant Kelly sent us several additional cases, one of which ended up being the first of one we presented to — AND was the mom who matched with us. Still can’t believe how lucky we’ve been. We literally would not have matched with our son without HB.

2. The whole adoption process is stressful, so having a third party expert in the room is a huge relief. There was a lot of “in my experience, it’ll usually work this way” in our conversations with Kelly. That’s super helpful since most adoption agencies are stretched thin, typically without the capacity to offer timely and individualized help (and definitely not for every late-night panic text).
